Ready to generate more revenue, free up your time and get started with a Virtual Assistant? Here’s how to get rolling with Maxsource using our proven process:

Membership: Please fill the sign up form to apply for Maxsource Membership. You will be contacted by our support team to complete the Membership procedure.

Your Plan: You will be choosing one of the Plans we are providing.

Your Assistant: A personal assistant (PA) will be assigned to you based on your requirement. He/she will be your primary point of contact to assign all your tasks. You can contact your PA via Email, Phone and Chat. In case of your assistant’s absence his/her team will take care of your tasks.

Task Handling: Your PA will be receiving all your emails regarding tasks. Your tasks will be carried out either by your PA or his/her team members. You can have access to the entire team by your PA.

Far East shift: 9:30 – 18:30 (HK Time)
European shift: 8:00 – 17:00 (London Time)
EST shift: 9:00 – 18:00 (Eastern Standard Time)
PST shift: 9:00 – 18:00 (Pacific Standard Time)
Note: Our shift timings will be changed as per the daylight savings.

Let your assistant handle that! Virtual Assistants are there to make your life easier and less stressful. Once we decide to partner together, you receive a Welcome Packet that includes your Contract, Confidentiality/Non-Disclosure Agreement and Client Questionnaire. (An important note about confidentiality/security: We have done everything we can to make you feel safe and secure when you’re working with us. If you have additional agreements you would like us to sign, we’re happy to do so.) Once this information is remitted back to us, we will contact you within the hour to get the details on the first task you would like us to complete.
Many potential clients ask us what happens in our day-to-day work together. Here’s how it pans out:

A team member will check in with you once each business day to see how we may be of support to you that day. Send us a task via e-mail and your Project Manager will take care of it from there. You can consider it done!

You are invoiced once monthly, on the date of your choosing that works best with your company’s cash flow. This is just another way we build convenience into our plans. You are billed precisely to the minute, so you’re never losing money.

Each quarter, we request quick feedback from you. We evaluate how things are going in your business and how we can work alongside you to help you improve. This unique offering makes us stand out from other Virtual Assistant companies, as we work hard to partner with you for your continued success.
